Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interact with Clients through Calling for new Client Acquisition as well as old clients & maintain proper follow up Procedures.
- Daily Updates to Reporting Manager and Prepare Track record of Clients Interaction and EOD Reports
- Assist Team in Opening Account/ Account Activation/ Reactivation/ Account Closure
- Exhibit Good Communication skills and maintain proper Follow up of Leads.
- Work with team and support team in closing Client Queries.

- Minimum 2 years of telesales/inside sales/ experience must
