Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Possess indepth knowledge of various jewelry items, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship, to guide customers in their selections.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products, upselling, and closing sales transactions.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining attractive displays, ensuring the showroom presents an appealing and organized appearance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing aftersales services and fostering loyalty.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, participate in stock checks, and communicate stock requirements to management.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the jewelry or luxury goods sector, is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers effectively.
- Product Knowledge: A keen interest in jewelry, gemstones, and an understanding of their quality and value.
- Target-Oriented: Goaldriven mindset with the ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- **A high school diploma is required. Additional qualifications or certifications related to sales or jewelry may be advantageous.
This position requires an enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and a flair for customer interaction.
The sales executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the jewelry showroom.
