Key Responsibilities:

Verify the authenticity and accuracy of documents submitted by clients, customers, or employees.
Conduct thorough reviews of identification documents, certificates, contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
Utilize established protocols and procedures to crossreference information and detect discrepancies or irregularities.
Communicate effectively with clients, customers, or relevant stakeholders to obtain additional information or clarification when needed.
Maintain accurate records of verified documents and update internal databases or systems accordingly.
Collaborate with other departments or teams as necessary to resolve issues or discrepancies related to document verification.
Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices related to document verification and data security.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of streamlined verification procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in document verification, administrative support, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies in documents.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using computer software and databases for data entry and recordkeeping.
Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
