We are looking for
SALES OFFICER to join our growing team of
RUCHAK, INDIA, who can take the responsibility for creating FMCG distributors, calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process.


Salary- 15K-20K


Experience:
2-4 years in FMCG Food & Beverage sector


Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
  • Generate new customer leads through various channels
  • Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned
  • Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services
  • Promote specific products as directed by upper management
  • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
  • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
  • Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/followups made

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Salesdriven, resultsdriven, and targetdriven attitude
  • Proficient in using Sales Application
  • Proven track record in sales environment
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Daily Reporting to Managers
  • Month End reporting

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Effective decision making and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in working with and influencing other people
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well with thorough supervision.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
