Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and approvals for pick up etc to be coordinated
- Ensuring customer gets feedback on faulty kits within TAT
- Evaluate the defective reagents returned by the customer. Follow up with QA/ QC team on identifying the reason/ fault for the same.
- Claim Settlement for non technical issues of customers
- Going on field for solving the complaints when required
Qualifications:
B.SC MLT/DMLT
Experience
6 months to 1 year
