Demonstrated Experience Developing BMS firmware algorithm, such as state of charge (SOC) estimation, internal resistance estimation, cell balancing, lifetime prediction, and state of health (SOH)
Demonstrated Experience in Development of mission and safetycritical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energy products
Knowledge of all phases of software development life cycle such as requirements, design, coding and validation
Demonstrated ability to architect the complete embedded software for the battery management system (BMS)
Handson experience in testing as well as firmware debugging
Demonstrated experience to develop, enhance and debug new and existing realtime software in C and C++ in embedded Linux and RTOS environments
Experience driving software development for performance, scalability, modularity and validation.
Experience driving improvements with new algorithm development to enhance products performance and capabilities for estimation of capacity, Energy, Power etc.
Experience developing solutions that are Cyber Secure

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or Engineering / Electronics & Communication / Power Electronics with 5-8 years of experience

Additional information:

Good understanding of Battery technology and Battery Management System
Excellent Problem solving, analytical, logical thinking and technical troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of Testing and Validation in Li ION Battery
Good in presentation and communication skills
