We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team.

As an ICU RMO, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical care to critically ill patients under the supervision of senior medical staff.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide roundtheclock medical care to critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
  • Assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including consultants, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and arterial line insertion as required.
  • Participate in medical emergency responses and code blue situations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with hospital protocols.
  • Stay updated with advances in critical care medicine and participate in continuous education and training activities.

Requirements:


  • Medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Full registration with the Medical Board of [Insert Country/Region].
  • Prior experience working in an intensive care unit or critical care setting preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in highstress environments.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering highquality patient care with empathy and compassion.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
