Purpose of Role:

To ensure QMS and QA system compliance during the all IPQA shift.

Educational Qualification:

B.Sc Chemistry

Experience in (In Years):

Having approx 3 to 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibility Areas:

To calibrate QA weighing balance as per schedule.
To provide training to the QA, Production and all CFT member as and when required on the cGMP / ICH / Regulatory guidelines.
To prepare / update the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of QA and review the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of other dept. as per current guidelines as per requirement.
To Monitor every disptach is thoroughly checked for compliance. The responsibility would include the approval of labels, COA and packaging aprpoval prior to dispatch and release of the container for the dispatch.
To review Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packing Record and report noncompliance and get it reviewed by Production team. Archival of BMR / BPR with correctio Assist in implementing changes to processes, specifications, procedures, test methods, equipment modified facilities and investigating failures and complaints.
Usage Decision (UD) shall be done in SAP after completion of all relevant documents / activity of batch release of finished products.
IPQA round for the ensure cGMP compliance and verification of observation.
Perform the task delegated by the Management for any other roles and responsibilities either due to current or future business needs.
To implement the Master BMR/BPR in the eBRM system and issuance of BMR/BPR in the eBRM software or manually for execution.
