Job Title:
Nominated Quality Assurance Incharge

Qualification:
Any degree with relevant work experience/Added advantage if have a diploma degree in têxtile/quality management.

Experience:
4-7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Fabric Inspection
Conduct thorough inspections of incoming fabric materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Fabric is being checked in 4.0 system to ensure the required quality & GSM of the fabrics and preparing the report of it.

Accessories/Trims Inspection
Inspect and verify the quality of accessories and trims and ensure that accessories comply with specifications and safety standards.

Samples Inspection
Ensure all the samples align with design and quality requirements before submission.

Cutting Inspection
Ensure quality and accurate cutting according to approved patterns and specifications, document and maintain records of cut panel report.

Embellishments Inspections
Verify the correct placement and alignment of embellishments according to design requirements including printing, embroidery dimensions, placements/positions, and colours.

Pre-Production Meeting Conduct
Organize and conduct Pre-Production (PP) meetings to review and confirm production plans.

Communicate quality standards and expectations to production teams during PP meetings including critical operations, machine alignments and SOP.

Production quality Assurance:

Implementing quality systems like the traffic light system, 7.0 system, or other necessary implementations is crucial to improve the quality of products and enhance overall operational efficiency

Ensuring the hourly production with quality report from the line QC's.

Checking Inspection
Conducting meeting with checking section workers and educate the Checking SOP's and instructions.

Ironing & Packing
Implementing and managing the quality of the Finishing department, and educating on proper Ironing/packing SOPs.

Pre-final
Conduct pre-final inspections, employing random box checks on an invoice-wise basis.

This includes verifying the weight, bundles, pieces, embellishments, comparing them to the sealer sample, checking the AQL level, and updating the information for the buying QC team for final inspection.

FI
Coordinate with the buying QCs to the final inspections.

Supplier management
Visiting the suppliers place and address quality concerns and provide continuous feedback for improvement.

Salary:
₹25, ₹28,000.00 per month
