Outdoor Sales Officer (Male Preferred)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:
Initiate and conduct cold calls to prospective clients.
Present our products and services to potential customers.
Set up appointments for product demonstrations.

Follow-up: Follow up with leads and potential clients to nurture relationships.
Address any questions or concerns and provide additional information as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.

Customer Relationship Building:
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Product Demonstration:
Collaborate with consultants to arrange and deliver product demonstrations.
Ensure clients understand the features and benefits of our products.
Address any queries or objections raised during the demonstration.

Compensation:
Fixed Salary: 20, ,000 per month.

Additional Benefits:

Food Allowance.
Fuel Allowance.

Incentives: Targetbased incentives of up to 1,00,000 based on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (1 year) in outdoor sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent cold calling and negotiation skills.
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for outdoor sales activities.
Willingness to travel and meet with clients in various locations.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
