CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

No of opening: 05

Work Timing: 9.30 am pm

Location : Jayashree Spun Bond (office)

Qualification - MBA in Marketing / BBA in Marketing / Any degree

To handle sales of existing clients
To qualify leads into sales opportunities
To seek new business opportunities in existing and new markets
To identify customer's need and match our company products and services
To procure and execute the orders as per customer requirements in discussion with TL & MD
Build longterm trusting relationships with clients
Set up meetings or calls for prospective clients.
Stay uptodate with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Identify the order pattern of each customer
Collect customer information.

Desired skills and Experience

Excellent Communication skill in English, Vernacular languages (Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam) will be an added advantage.
Basic MS office Word, Excel spreadsheets, PPT skills & ability to work
To have Good Negotiating skills
Prior work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive or similar role will be an added advantage
Handson experience with multiple sales techniques (e.g., inbound, outbound)
Experience in supply chain and logistics management will be an added advantage.

16LPA LPA depending upon the experience and work efficiency.
