Position - Recruitment Coordinator

Location :
Surat, Gujarat.


Education :
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience :
Minimum one year of experience in a coordination role in recruitment.


Job Duties:


  • Agency Coordination: Collaborate with outsourced job consultancy firms
across different cities, including Ahmedabad, Baroda, Chennai, Mumbai,

agencies, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and ensure

they meet our criteria.

  • Database Management: Maintain a database of job consulting agencies,
track their performance, and analyze their ability to fulfill our requirements.

  • Efficient Recruitment: Coordinate with agencies to fulfill our talent
acquisition needs within determined cost and quality standards.

  • Communication: Build and maintain business relations with agencies,
ensuring timely and effective service delivery.

  • Volume Hiring: Focus on volume hiring for B2B sales positions, primarily in
the industrial sales sector.


Knowledge:


  • Industrial sales network knowledge.
  • Industrial product understanding.
  • Local market knowledge in different cities.

Skills:


  • Coordination and communication skills.
  • Time management.
  • Strong decisionmaking ability.
  • Recruitment marketing.
  • Proficiency in HR tools, including ATS and CRM.
  • Excellent PR and networking skills.

Attributes:


  • Selfmotivated.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Travel flexibility (up to twice a month).

Salary:
₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
