Position - Recruitment Coordinator
Location :
Surat, Gujarat.
Education :
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience :
Minimum one year of experience in a coordination role in recruitment.
Job Duties:
- Agency Coordination: Collaborate with outsourced job consultancy firms
agencies, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and ensure
they meet our criteria.
- Database Management: Maintain a database of job consulting agencies,
- Efficient Recruitment: Coordinate with agencies to fulfill our talent
- Communication: Build and maintain business relations with agencies,
- Volume Hiring: Focus on volume hiring for B2B sales positions, primarily in
Knowledge:
- Industrial sales network knowledge.
- Industrial product understanding.
- Local market knowledge in different cities.
Skills:
- Coordination and communication skills.
- Time management.
- Strong decisionmaking ability.
- Recruitment marketing.
- Proficiency in HR tools, including ATS and CRM.
- Excellent PR and networking skills.
Attributes:
- Selfmotivated.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Travel flexibility (up to twice a month).
Salary:
₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
