Roles & Responsibilities
- On ground presence at the merchant store during business hours
- Maintain strong relationship with merchant staff and brand promoters
- Support merchant plus customer in issues pertaining to loan on ground
- Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
- Ensuring governance adherence
- Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with the team.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for ensuring minimum customer drop offs from store
- Coordinate with Sales to help identify and track possible frauds on ground
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
- Liasoning with functional team
- Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
Salary:
₹200, ₹350,000.00 per year
