The chance to scale Xeno from $1M to $10M++

We think of this role as an entrepreneur as much as an Inside Sales Representative.

But instead of building a company from scratch, you get to come in after we've gone through the pains of getting to $1M ARR while figuring out early market-product fit.

You get to directly take on the challenge of helping us to scale the business from $1M to $10M revenue in 2.5 years & beyond.

What you'll do

  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Qualifying leads by gathering information about the prospect's business, needs, and budget.
  • Educating prospects about the company's products and services, and demonstrating how they can address the prospect's pain points.
  • Creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Tracking and reporti
- ng sales activities and outcomes using a CRM system.

  • Maintaining uptodate knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects along with sales.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals along with sales.

Skills Required:


  • Graduate with 35 years of experience in Inside Sales
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience towards selling to large enterprises and to the Indian Market
  • Experience of selling solutions to the retail sector is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, forwardthinking and decision making skills
