Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

-
Graphic Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphic designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media channels, marketing materials, advertisements, presentations, and product packaging.

Conceptualization and Ideation: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative design concepts that align with the brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in branding elements, typography, color schemes, and visual style across all design assets to maintain brand integrity and enhance brand recognition.

Visual Content Creation: Produce engaging visual content such as infographics, illustrations, icons, and multimedia presentations to convey complex ideas and information in a clear and compelling manner.

Image Editing and Enhancement: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and maintain quality standards. Optimize graphics for web and print formats while ensuring fast loading times and optimal resolution.

Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on design concepts based on stakeholder input.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in design execution.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience with web design, UI/UX design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
