Overview:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cuttingedge technology to our clients in the O&G industry to deliver business value
To work with leading O&G clients, major customers, and suppliers to develop and execute Projects in Energy Supply Chain, Customer, Mobility & Low Carbon (eMobility, H2 etc)
To harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long term solutions

Key Competencies and Skills:

Work together with different business stakeholders to collect and document requirements in Functional Design and cover all business needs.
Define detailed scope, delivery timelines and milestones.
Closely work with business stakeholders in Sites to align with newly implemented processes.
Alignment with different parties (business owner, implementation team, and IT), that involves direct interaction, and streamlining on delivery requirement and timing.
Support IT team as an SME and provide the necessary knowledge transfer in the domain.
Implements configuration changes, redesigns, new releases and updates to the systems environment.
Manage other consultants and own the end to end to delivery of business process reengineering Support data migration team in terms of validating data and help the team as a functional expert.
Designs and perform quality assurance testing and perform unit and integration testing.
Facilitates meetings, conduct and lead presentations and/or training sessions with endusers, standardizing training and providing detailed documentation as needed.
Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
Very good communication skills
Good team player with good attitude
Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environment

Qualifications:

Roles & Responsibilities:

18+ yrs of exp in Energy Supply Chain, Customer & Mobility & Low Carbon (eMobility, H2 etc)
Should have worked in BOTH the end user industry and also in the IT consulting organizations.
Working experience in Advisory OR Implementation of Digital Transformation of the above space

- leveraging the nextgen technologies

Data Platform, Cloud, AI/ ML, AR, VR, BlockChain
Ability to define Strategic Intent & roadmap for New Energy & Mobility
Ability to identify & build New & Emerging solutions for the business; take them to customer; potential to upscale this as a business offering.
5+ yrs of leadership role as Practice/ Presales/ Delivery Head
Working experience in managing end to end large pursuits & bids in Energy.
Should have experience in project implementation, consulting, upgradation, migration, and support activities.
Proficiency in handling Requirement gathering workshops.
Experience in capturing business problems, value drivers, functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Experience in preparing Functional Design Specification (FDS) and Detailed Design
Identify Integration touch points across the business processes.
Determine feasible solutions to meet business needs.
Keep updated to align with the solution over the project lifecycle of implementation, integration, enhancement, managed services.
Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs and requirements, through testing and scope changes, to final solution.
Interact with technology partners, designers and developers to understand software limitations.
Guide business stakeholders to gain acceptance / signoff.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.
Should be able to perform lead roles and manage larger teams.
Domain skills knowledge in Oil and Gas Downstream is mandatory.
