Customer service / Any BPO / Tele-calling.


Skills and Ability-:


  • Skill Set required: Logical Reasoning, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Probing, Comprehension.
  • Should be able to display a high level of empathy while dealing with customer problems and humanize the communication aspect irrespective of the channel of interaction.
Should possess good English.

Computer Proficiency

Should know basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office, Outlook.

Operating Model

100% Work from office.

6 days working model and week off, as per business requirements.
