JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Prepare sales document such as quotation, performa invoice, order acceptance, work order (internal), release note (internal), shipping/dispatch documentation
Coordinate with the team for preparation of export/import documentation
Payment follow up, vendor registration/ vendor assessment
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Coordinate with the internal team in terms of product requirement
Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material
Update the sample fabric cutting data and tracking of courier status
Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when required
Maintain sales records and prepare reports accordingly
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Region wise clients data to be searched and maintained in excel
Keep follow up on backup enquires
Ensure adherence to laws and policies

Reporting Location:
Head Office(Kanjurmarg)

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
BTech/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
