Description

1.To secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.

Prevents loss and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
Supervise all security guards working within Star Hospitals as assigned area.
Supervise contract Security Guards employed on perodic occasions for special functional roles.
Respond & investigate all complaints related to security, ensuring remedial action.
Prepares &maintains pay sheets, shift differential sheets, sick returns &vacation rosters.
Record & arrange for remedical action for all complaints related to safety or fire control within each complex.
Monitor &escalate if any discrepancy for any compliance related issues happen.
Responsible for all the security guards dress code is strictly followed.
Grooming all the new security guards as per the norms of Star Hospitals.
Maintain all the register records of transport vehicles movementry.
Personale should monitor and inform any common risks or any threat emergenices noticed to the HOD immediately.
Identify various types of CCTV systems in use for surveillance by private security.
Should be aware of the major parts of CCTV equipment and their functions
The signage and terminology used for CCTV monitoring.
Continually monitor the screen(s) and be alert for any irregular or suspicious activities or incidents.
Follow set procedures as prescribed by the organizational operational procedures in case of irregular or suspicious incident or events.
Common irregular or suspicious activities or incidents that should be recorded and reported.
Maintain security and confidentiality of information, Documentation to be completed, its importance and timescale for completion.
