- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have highquality, uptodate support material.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Hiring and training sales staff and ensuring staff meets their quotas and goals.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or from hospitality or a related field.
- 5 or more year's experience in hospitality
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- MS office with great PowerPoint presentation skills
- Good administrative, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fastpaced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Having a travel background is a Plus.
