As a Copywriter, we'll expect you to work in tandem with Design and Servicing departments on projects, campaigns, and pitches.

• Understanding the brief and creating digital strategies that align and support clients' digital plans.
• Lead brainstorming / creative sessions to generate ideas
• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
• Ownership/commitment towards the creative output, brand, and organization
• To be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of small, mid and large size thematic and tactical campaigns, across 360platforms: social, digital, etc.
• Working with junior copywriters and be an anchor in providing direction and executing daily brand work and campaigns
• Demonstrating a sharp POV on the principles of creativity, maintaining consistency across all deliverables in terms of quality
• Besides, client briefs, identify proactive opportunities and/or challenges in a business where creative assets can provide a solution

• Experience: 4 to 5 years
• Good handson experience in copywriting. To write short and longform copy, scripts, etc.
• Who understands the importance of brand & creative strategy and delivers an output that is both creative and effective.
• Someone who is aware of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.
• Someone equipped to think for video, content, editorial or digital.
• Someone who has prior experience managing creative teams, and worked closely with other departments.
• Selfmotivated, proactive, enthusiastic and a collaborative team player
