Job Overview
We are looking for a smart Office Admin for a food production company. You should be primarily able to handle all administrative duties professionally and in a timely manner. Besides, you should also be able to look after sales and operation.
As part of your job role, you should be able to greet and assist clients with any of their queries.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating the filing system.
- Keeping a track of office inventory and other supplies.
- Handling clients over call
- Calling up clients and scheduling meeting
- Sometimes might have to go and meet clients also
- Should have excellent sales skills
- You will need to handle sales and operations
Job Requirements
- Graduation or masters in any field.
- 34 years of previous experience in admin.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
