Marketing:

Develop marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, advertisements, and open houses.


Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the buying or selling process.


Closing Deals:

Facilitate the closing process by coordinating with lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the transaction.


Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the real estate agency or brokerage.


Client Acquisition:

Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and online platforms.


Property Listings:

Create and maintain listings of available properties for sale, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.


Client Consultation:


Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on buying or selling properties.


Property Showings:

Arrange property viewings for clients, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.


Negotiation:

Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible deal for them.


Market Analysis:

Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competition to provide clients with informed decisions.


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
