Job Description:

Skillset:
Should have experience in Genesys Cloud Architect, Genesys Cloud Admin, Call Flow Development using Genesys Cloud Architect,

Roles and responsibilities:

Working across different Geneses suite of products (Pure Engage, Pure Cloud, Cloud CX)
Migrating contact centers to Genesys Cloud CX. Will be Hands on Genesys Cloud enablement, configuration, and support.
Will be required to design and construct call flows.
Design and de liver IVR and bots (Genesys Dialog Engine and 3rd party bot platform such as Google Dialog flow, Amazon Lex, etc.)
Genesys APIs and integration with 3rd party solutions and CRMs like Salesforce etc.

- work with adjunct solutions like WFM, Dialers, Recording etc.

Interface with required teams, OEMs, vendors to achieve desirable goals.
Would be required to work with other contact center platforms (Avaya, CISCO etc.)

BACH. OF GEN. LAW, BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING, BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY
