Requirements:
Position - Sales Coordinator
Location - Baner, Pune
Salary Range - Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month
Qualification - B. Com / B.A., Proficiency in Computer Knowledge & MS Office
Experience - 2-3 years as Sales Co-ordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Checking and handling sales enquiries
- Preparing and sending offers/quotations for UPS, battery as required
- Acknowledging Purchase Order received & Making Order Execution Forms (OEF)
- Coordinating with customers and internal team for order execution
- Followup on offers/quotations sent.
- Followup with customers for due payments
- Preparing and sending daily/monthly reports as and when required by management
- Maintaining sales database / customer database
Skills Required:
