Description

Providing technical Support, trouble shooting, and system backup & ensuring adherence to company IT policies.

S/w installation (includes OS (Desktop, Laptop & Server and other Basic software's)
Responsible for handling and maintaining all IT infrastructure and support systems.
Should have experience in remote infrastructure support & IT Service.
Good troubleshooting skill on Networking, operating systems and software.
Ensures the issues are promptly addressed, documented and resolved within SLA.
To provide first level support for Network & hardware related Issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory.
Preventive Maintenance.
Antivirus Updating & governance.
Review & action on data Security level issues.
Maintaining Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Reports.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly Health Check for Servers & Network Ports.

Education & Experience

Education:

Degree from any stream (Preferred in BE (ECE, EEE, CSE), BSc(CS), BCA. Or
Diploma in E&C/ CS/ Electrical or Electronics

Experience:

Max 23 years hands on experience in IT Infra Management which includes Desktop, Laptops, Servers, Thin Clients, and Networking (LAN/WAN).

Skills Requirement

Technical:

Knowledge on System Administration, Network administration and Helpdesk.
Knowledge on information security, certifications and audits (additional value).

Functional:

Ability to achieve success in a highenergy, enterprise environment.
Ability to multitask, remain flexible, adapt to changing situations.

Behavioural:

Good Analytical, Diagnostic and Problem-Solving skills
Dealing with ambiguity and pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

MCP or MCSA
CCNA
ITIL
