Description
Responsibilities

  • Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company
  • Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
  • Organize training materials and oversee training programs
  • Ensure that the planned training programs stay within budget
  • Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management
  • Research the latest HR technologies and training software
  • Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any trainingrelated issues if they arise
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to assess learning needs and measure training effectiveness.
  • Proficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Training and Development Officer or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Salary:
₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
