As a Production Executive at Think Tree Media; you would be working closely with our Design & Video Editing Team, Copy Team as well as our Client Servicing Team.

You would be involved in shooting as well as editing content to accurately reflect the visual storyline of content touchpoints while assisting to maintain the brands digital asset library.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Photographer and videographer for marketing, capturing highquality event content—candid and staged moments.
  • Coordinate activities, materials, and preshoot planning with teams.
  • Work with detailed content briefs, both provided and created.
  • Responsible for capturing highquality production content, including fun, brandfriendly moments, both candid and, on some occasions, staged.
  • Capturing quick content, whether scripted or candid.
  • Perform postproduction editing, including video editing.
  • Understand and use production equipment, lighting, and sound techniques.
  • Ensure understanding of client briefs and meet expectations.

Great to Have:

  • 13 years experience in Photography and Cinematography/Videography
  • Proficient with Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Should have basic to intermediate knowledge of Premier Pro/ Final Cut Pro
  • Brownie points for knowledge in After Effects
  • Agency Experience is a plus
  • Should be able to execute end to end production
  • Should be well versed with a mirrorless camera
