Job Description:


  • End to End knowledge in the BMC Remedy AR System architecture, including best practice design and implementation
  • Extensive experience in Development, Deployment, Migration and Rollouts for BMC Remedy ARS / ITSM Projects in latest versions
  • Extensive knowledge on Administrative / Setup skills of AR System, Mid-Tier, Load Balancer environment & Server Level Configuration
  • Hands on Experience in Integrating BMC Remedy with other 3rd party tools using various Integration methods
  • Experience in SMART IT, SMART Reporting and Digital Workplace Administration and Configuration
  • Experience in BMC Remedy Helix is an added advantage
  • Experience in database queries and procedures and basic shell scripting knowledge
  • Good understanding of the Servicenow platform and design and build solutions in ServiceNow modules
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business requirements to functional and technical requirements and prepare estimates, High Level and Low Level Designs
  • Supporting configuration/implementation of Servicenow features, upgrades, data load, creating transform maps and scripts and performing code migrations.
  • Working experience with JavaScript, Jelly Scripting and Glide Scripting
  • Creating and Customizing ACL's, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Fix Scripts, Plugins, Reports etc.
  • Experience in designing and implementing 3rd Party integration using SOAP/REST webservices, MID server and/or other technologies
  • Knowledge of Servicenow best practices, working knowledge with tools like Flow Designer, SNOW Studio
  • Experience in Analysis of Existing, Designing New Workflows, debugging existing scripts, developing Data and Code migration strategies
  • Proficiency in designing and configuring Service Catalog, Request Workflows etc.
  • ITILv3/ITILV4, ServiceNow Admin, Implementation Specialist or Developer Certification is a plus

  • Total IT exp years (BMC Remedy professional with working knowledge in ServiceNow)
  • Strong sense of quality, customer, and goals focus.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Continuous learning mindset, motivated and curious.
  • Has strong critical thinking skills and is proactive and autonomous.
