Job Description:

Wizhob is in search of a dedicated and experienced Online Baking Instructor who can design and deliver engaging online baking classes to our students.

As an instructor, you will have the opportunity to ignite the passion for baking in others, teaching them various baking techniques, recipes, and skills.

This position is remote and offers flexible part-time/contract work, allowing you to teach from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and create comprehensive online baking courses suitable for learners of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Conduct live, interactive online baking classes via video conferencing platforms.
Share your knowledge and expertise in baking, including recipes, tips, and tricks.
Provide clear and engaging demonstrations of baking techniques.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by encouraging student participation and answering questions.
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments.
Offer constructive feedback to help students improve their baking skills.
Stay uptodate with the latest baking trends, ingredients, and techniques.
Collaborate with the Wizhob team to enhance the overall learning experience for students.

Qualifications:

Passion for baking and a deep knowledge of baking techniques, pastry, and desserts.
Previous experience in teaching, training, or instructing is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.
Enthusiastic about sharing your baking expertise and inspiring others.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable teaching environment.
