Roles& Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization and advise management on the implications of these changes.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures to prevent and detect violations of laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, and the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Draft and revise contracts.
  • Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
  • Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed.

Qualifications:


  • CS (Mandotory), business administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer
  • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Integrity and professional ethics
  • Teamwork skills
