Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for US travel destinations or Spanish travel destinations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable travel options.
  • Promote and sell travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and additional services.
  • Stay updated on current travel trends, airline policies, and destination information.
  • Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and other travelrelated inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and actively participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English and Spanish (for Spanish Travel Sales role).
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and online travel platforms.
  • Knowledge of popular US travel destinations or Spanish travel destinations is a plus.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- spanish travel consultant: 2 years (preferred)
