We are looking for Resolution Expert who can resolve queries and problem through calling, chat and mail process, its a voice process process so that speak both English and Hindi

  • GRADUATES with at least 6 months of experience

Requirements:


  • GRADUATES with at least 6 months of experience
  • Both Hindi and English i5 gen or above laptop is required. 8gb RAM

  • Genuine windows 10Preferences
Experience of query resolving of 1 year are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Resolve queries and problem through calling, chat and mail process.

  • Work Effectively and solve queries of customers using techniques as soon as possible.
