Thorough understanding of the design process, and deep understanding of production processes for various media including print production and postproduction processing for print.

Create compelling concepts and lead a crossfunctional team to bring that vision to reality
Experience in graphic design, whether in an agency or inhouse corporate marketing/communications team
Works independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness
Participate in brainstorm sessions for the creation of assets to be leveraged in Business Development pursuits
Understand the client's brand, business objectives, including learning about client's business and competitive marketplace
Produce effective and compelling design for the creative solution, including interface design, typography and iconography
Oversee all printing and production jobs for the company and other agencies, ensuring best quality output for the best price
Secondary Skills
Manage budgets, procurement and contracts for all production
