Description
SAP System Management
- Create/management of UDFs
- Manage approval workflows
- Routine backups
- Provide L1 support to users
- Creating SAP issues in issue tracker
- Followup with support vendor and ensure issue resolution as per SLAs
Master Data Management
- Manage all master settings and configurations
- Act as the single point for creation/updation/deletion of master data
- Review Master Data create/update/delete request from key users in excel format and upload using DTW
MIS & Reporting
- Modification query reports
- Create reports/dashboards/analysis in HANA
- Generate periodic reports and share with respective stakeholders
- Monitoring and reporting of exceptions
SAP Operations
- Provides support to maintain the accuracy of SAP Reporting, Data entry and Functional Support.
- Provides training as required to ensure employees are able to perform all SAP transactions. (Data Entry, Functional Tools, Setup and Reporting with Latest version SAP B1 HANA 10.0 FP 210
- Response to SAP software issue and coordinates a timely resolution includes SAP account logins.
- Performs planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of SAP solutions
- Coordinates and performs indepth tests, including enduser reviews, for modified and new systems
- Conducts research on software products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Operations Supervisor.
- Meets with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issue
- Create, update and maintain all SAP Masters data with Forms (Business Partners, GL, Fixed Asset, Item Codes, Tax Codes, Bill of Materials)
- Drive best business practices for Business One.
Education:
Any Graduate
Experience: 3-8yrs
