Description

Responsibilities:

Coordination with purchase ops for procurement details.
Purchase Order creation in system and share details with overseas suppliers.
Coordination with overseas supplier / team for shipment planning, verification of draft documents.
Process booking of Purchase Invoice in system & maintain documentations records.
Timely share purchase documents with clearing agent.
Maintain Purchase record.
Handle duty payments and other custom clearance activities preciously.
Handle the daytoday customs clearance operations.
Operational knowledge of DPD, CFS, Bonded Storage and Clearance.
Good written and verbal communication skill with Suppliers, Customers, Shipping Lines, Vendors, Port, CFS.
Daily coordination with Port, Shipping Lines, Transporters, CHA and Customers.
Reconciliation of daily inward inventory to Warehouse & booking of inventory in system.
Weekly Reporting of open order status.
Reporting of ongoing activities and planning for incoming shipments.
Knowledge of Supply chain Activities.
Knowledge of E-Invoice, Ewaybill & GST.
Development of new vendors / service provider to maintain cost efficiency.
Knowledge of warehouse set up.
Maintain proactive communication in order to process the shipments on time.
