Key Responsibilities:

Student Advisement:

Provide personalized guidance and information to prospective students and their families about our institution, programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.

Admission Interviews:

Conduct admission interviews, both in-person and virtually, to assess students' suitability for our programs and to answer their questions.

Events and Outreach:
Represent the institution at recruitment events, college fairs, and information sessions. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to plan and execute recruitment initiatives.

Admission Policies:
Stay informed about institutional admission policies, program offerings, and any changes to ensure accurate information dissemination.

Reporting:
Prepare reports on admission activities, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in [relevant field].
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customerfocused with a genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
Knowledge of educational programs, admission processes, and financial aid.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM and database management software is a plus.
