Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through various sources such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and online research.
  • Present product or service offerings to prospective clients, highlighting their features and benefits. Address any queries or concerns raised by the customers.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase market share.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions and Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends to enhance product offerings.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the home loan sales experience

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Day shift

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 70% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
