Qualification:

Experience:
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience / BPO experience in Customer Service


Salary:
Upto 21k CTC (17k - In hand)


Shift:
Rotational Shifts

  • 9 am to 9 pm (For girls) and 9 am to 11 pm (For boys)

Requirements:


  • Good communication skills in English
  • Typing speed of 25 words per min and 80% accuracy

Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer information in the database
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experience and operational efficiency

₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
