POSITION AVAILABLE:
Data Quality Executive / Content Editor - Fulltime - US Process
Position Summary:
Evaluates, edits, and verifies mystery shop reports for clients. The Data Quality Executive (DQE) ensures mystery shopper reports are accurate, consistent, and comprehensive. The reports are written in English. No creative writing involved.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with mystery shoppers to expand upon insufficient or clarify contradicting data in reports
- Validate reports for location and fraud checks
- Review and complete data quality check of mystery shopper report via BARE web portal
- Ability to work within Microsoft Excel to sort and filter data
- Coordinate with BARE's Operations Team on client change requests
- Communicate specific editing problems to the relevant project teams
- Grade mystery shoppers on data collection and provide feedback for improving future assignments
- Other editing assignments as needed and assigned
Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
Education - Bachelor's Degree or related certifications with 3 to 5 years of proofreading or content editing experience in any industry
Competency Skills:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at different stages, with incredible attention to detail, in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, efficiency, and consistency; ability to take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work
- Fluent command of the American English language
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- History of achieving outstanding results with little direct oversight
Reports to US Data Quality Manager and/or Key Account Manager - US
Location - Mumbai (Hybrid) or Remote if based outside Mumbai. Working remotely while reporting to the US Corporate Office. Hence, the workday would roughly start at 11 AM IST.
Industry - Market Research / Advertising / KPO/ BPO/ Any.
Salary offered - Min LPA.
