Experience:


  • Total experience:
  • 4 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
  • Minimum experience:
  • 23 years of handson experience as a South Indian Chef in a reputable restaurant.

Education:

  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Profile introduction:


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, prepare, and execute a diverse menu of South Indian dishes.
  • Ensure the quality and authenticity of all South Indian cuisine served.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
  • Implement proper food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu.

Requirements:


  • Expertise in South Indian culinary techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of spices, ingredients, and regional variations.
  • Ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Salary:

₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
