Education :
Graduation or 10+5 year diploma or 12+3 year diploma

Experience :
More than 2 year in field sales


Roles & Responsibility:

  • Hiring insurance consultant
  • Increase business strategy
  • Motivate advisors
  • Activation of Advisors monthly
  • Make plans for approach the business
  • Get commission on making agent
  • Do self sourcing to achieve sales targets

Skills required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Good team building skills
  • Good knowledge of underwriting and operation process
  • Training and motivation capacity

Salary:
₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
