On-Site, Bangalore Only


Working Hours:
Monday-Saturday (10:00 am-06:30 pm)


Mandatory Job Requirements:


  • Minimum qualification: Graduation
  • Minimum experience: 23 years
  • Proven working experience in warehouse & inventory management with preference to ecommerce industry
  • Basic computer skills including MS-Excel
  • Effective English communication skills
  • Good command on Kannada Language
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities to be handled:


  • Supervising & managing warehouse staff and daily activities.
  • Order processing for multiple ecommerce platforms on daily basis
  • Tracking and coordinating receipt, storage & receipts for timely delivery of orders
  • Ordering packaging supplies & maintaining suitable inventories
  • Checking orders, bills, returns, inventory & deliveries for accuracy
  • Overseeing daytoday warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and picking/packing of Ecommerce orders.
  • Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
  • Implementing efficient warehouse processes and best practices to optimize productivity and reduce errors.
  • Familiarity with Ecommerce order processing systems and software to ensure seamless order management.
  • Coordinating with logistics and shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate order shipments
  • Handling customer returns, sales returns, and managing the reverse logistics process effectively.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
