Description
To support the India Account Leaders (IALs) in their growth objectives and account-based sales

strategies. To this end, you will also work closely with other members of the Account Teams on

certain initiatives and services.


Co-create:

  • Work closely with the account leadership team and support their growth objectives in the
account.

  • Plan, organize, and execute high impact CXO Connect (virtual client visits) by incorporating a
variety of rich elements.

  • Support on adding valuable services to the catalogue of services that addresses key needs of
an account across its lifecycle.


Primary Skills:


Consult:

  • Advising IALs on the most effective tools and services to drive growth in account (proactive
advisement)

  • Recommend growth strategies and approaches to account objectives and drive them
  • Track, measure and report activity based on IAL KPIs and successes
  • Work closely with the SBU Lead, India BU heads in aligning with the IAL's progress and success

Secondary Skills:


Connect:

  • Develop a good network across Capgemini group to understand various SMEs and services
  • Involving right teams and / or service provider to IALs in their deals, proactive
pursuits and CXO meetings

  • The account team by sharing best practices from other accounts and IALs

Core team enablement:

  • Ideate and lead the creation & execution of new services e

g:
virtual visits, account planning

etc.

  • Drive the program agenda of building a well networked community of IALs
  • Participate in and conduct community calls, workshops for IALs and knowledge sharing
sessions

  • Work on key aspects of the UGTM program scorecard, newsletters, mailers, ICONIC awards
etc.
