About the Role:
Responsibilities:

Backend Operations Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of backend operations, including process optimization, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

TPA Coordination: Collaborate with Third Party Administrators to ensure seamless integration of services, timely resolution of issues, and adherence to service level agreements.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the operations function, implementing solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Data Analysis: Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and use insights to inform decision-making and strategy.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks to operations and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on backend operations.
- Demonstrated experience working with Third Party Administrators (TPA).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing highperforming teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in operations management or related field (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management).
- Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for operations management and data analysis.
