Role Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer in Bengaluru. The Designer has to be the progressor of design and its realization by empathizing with our clientele and realizing their dream into reality, starting from the first meeting to design finalization

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Meeting clients & determining requirements, giving them the best interior design solution for their home/commercial space, including but not limited to, quoting and detailed designing
Transforming the building needs of the clients into realistic designs towards execution and or Production
Ability to work on multiple design projects.
Collaborating with other construction professionals and teams
To own an end to end Project lifecycle.

Desired Profile:

B.Arch/ M.Arch/ BE(Civil)/ Relevant Diploma.
Minimum Experience of 1 year as an Interior Designer

Desired Skills:

Excellent technical drawing skills, Material knowledge, Execution and PPT presentation
Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers
Experience in 3D modelling using Revit, 3D Max, Sketch up, Lumion or similar software
Knowledge of building codes and local regulatory standards
Strong creative and visualization skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
₹240, ₹600,000.00 per year
