This is a full-time Study Abroad counselor role

What you will bring to the table:

Compassionate nature to guide the students for the right reasons.
Ethical mindset
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
An understanding of the cultural and social differences of target countries
Fluency in English and other languages would be a plus
Ability to work in a fastpaced yet fun and rapidly changing environment, ability to multitask and prioritize
Demonstrated expertise in foreign cultural awareness and an understanding of the sensitivity required when working with international students and families
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently with little supervision

Roles and Responsibilities:

Stay uptodate on international education systems, trends, and policies worldwide.
Develop trusted relationships with partner universities and colleges abroad.
Represent Hubble Bubble at education fairs, events, and other networking opportunities.
Prepare customized study plans for students based on their academic and career goals.
Advise students on various practical aspects like budgeting, scholarships, accommodations, poststudy work visas, etc.
