Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Address customer concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Resolve technical issues by offering appropriate solutions.
  • Document customer interactions with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive approach to resolving customer problems.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies for accurate customer assistance.

Requirements:


  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Capability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply, with immediate hires given preference.

Education and Experience:


  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Training will be provided for freshers entering the field.

Salary:
₹20, ₹26,000.00 per month
