Position Overview:

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our company's social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth.

You will be responsible for managing various social media platforms, creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with social media trends to ensure our online presence remains dynamic and effective.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
Identify target audience segments and create content tailored to their preferences and interests.
Set clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.

Content Creation and Management:

Produce engaging, informative, and visually appealing content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, infographics, and stories.
Maintain a consistent content calendar, ensuring regular updates and timely responses to comments and messages.

Community Management:

Actively monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and comments, responding promptly and professionally.
Nurture and build relationships with followers and influencers to strengthen brand loyalty and advocacy.

Social Media Advertising:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and continuous monitoring to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).

Social Media Analytics:

Analyze social media metrics and track campaign performance, providing regular reports to the management team.
Use datadriven insights to refine strategies and improve social media engagement and conversion rates.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates, leveraging this knowledge to enhance our social media presence and strategies.

Brand Reputation Management:

Ensure the company's brand image is consistently maintained and protected across all social media channels.
Monitor and address any potential reputation management issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Creativity and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive decisions and optimize strategies.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a bonus.
