Required hands on skill in Import, Clearance and freight forwarding
To communicate regularly with the Key customers to understand their requirements in terms of Service and Communication.
To visit all the Key customers regularly to build and maintain good Rapport with the key customers.
To understand on their business dynamics and seek for extending business opportunities based on their volume projection on Monthly basis and products delivered
Support the Inside Sales team, with EXIM inquires
Procuring rates from Shipping Line/ Consolidators & Over Seas Agents
Preparation of quotation to customer
Follow up on the quotations submitted to customers
Communicate with the team members for all the export bookings on day today day basis.
Communicate with the operation staffs on the status of customs clearance reporting from the respective CFS (ICD, CWC )
Quoting rates for Local customers and Overseas Agent for Both LCL & FCL Shipments both Export & Import Shipments
Ensure all the billing and Documents (Bill of Lading, COO, GSP) has been submitted to the respective customer within the agreed time frame.
